Italian Chopped Salad
Ingredients
- 5 oz spring lettuce
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped radicchio
- 1 cup chickpeas (rinsed & drained)
- 1 cup black olives (halved)
- 1 cup chopped salami
- 1/2 cup shaved parmesan
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- Your favourite Italian Dressing
Directions

Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.

Toss the salad with the desired amount of dressing and serve immediately. Enjoy!
