If a pick up location doesn’t have enough subscribers picking up from it, we may have to move subscribers to another location or refund if the pick up spot no longer works for them.

If you are unable to pick up your bounty, you can send a friend or family member to pick up on your behalf. If you do not pick up on the specified day, your bounty for that week will be donated at end of business on pick-up day.

While we send reminder emails each week, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to remember to pick up their veggies from their pick-up point on Thursdays. Please set a reminder in your calendar or phone to ensure you pick up the veggies you’re purchasing!
